Terms and Conditions of “BRAIN IN A CAGE” game
Rules of the game
The present conditions are accepted at the time of the reservation and subscribed before the beginning of the game. The conditions are not only on the site www.braininacage.it, but also on the spot Via Grande N 68 Livorno (LI).
Anyone who wants to take part in the game have to show his own membership ASI card with the attached ID document, so the staff can verify their membership.
If the players don’t have the ASI membership card, they must do it on the spot.
The members must comply with the instructions given by the staff and they must be informed about as follows:
TERMS OF THE SERVICE
The reservation must be done on our site www.braininacage.it. To make a proper reservation, the customer have to fill the module correctly with these informations:
a) name
b) surname
c) email address
d) telephone number
e) number of players
f) name of the room you want to play
g) date and time of the reservation
The reservation can be cancelled by calling our staff 24h before the gaming date at the phone number 366 7331243.
The phone number and/or the email you have given to us by filling the module of the reservation, may be used to confirm your reservation or to contact you the day of the game session and /or the previous day.
The payment for the game,which must be payed before the game session, changes with the number of the players
You can buy this experiece to a friend as a gift! Ask informations to our staff.
Players must be in Via Grande N 68, Livorno, 10 minutes before the time chosen in the reservation so they can be informed about the gaming rules and sign the consent form for the declaration of performance and for giving us the right to post the players’s pictures on our Facebook page. The staff is entitled to cancel a reservation if the group is late and if it’s necessary.
The players underage must be accompanied by an adult and the must sign the specific declaration.
The gaming session’s duration is 60 minutes.
The staff has the right to refuse the entrance of a group if someone of the players is in an alterate state cause by substances like alcool or drugs.
Every player must behave respectfully with every objects which belong to the game and with the staff members. Every damage must be payed and compensated.
Mobiles, cameras and other instruments which can be used to take pictures or to make videos in the rooms are not allowed and they must be left in the reception. The staff will provide the gamers with a free service of safe custody of facilities. Not respecting this rule may cause the early interruption of the game without any reimbursement.
The game doesn’t need any use of strenght which can be dangerous in order to not to break any scene object. To show the players which objects need a particular attention because they are delicate and fragil, the staff have used a particular tape which will be shown to them at the beginning of the game.
Eventual allergies, heart diseases and other diseases (epilepsy, panic disorders etc) must be told before the beginning of the game.
Inside the room the players won’t find any dangerous situation, the only aim the communication of the infos is to make the players live the best escape room experience.
The room is not locked so the players can exit whenever they want but their exit will cause the end of the gaming session.
In the rooms there are several cameras (audio and video) but their only aim is to give you some tips and to ensure if all the players are respecting the rules. The images and the contents won’t be registred.
Not respecting the rules may cause the end of the escape room gam. The staff has the right to end beforehand the game sessions and in this case the palyers haven’t any possibility of reimbursement.
BRAIN IN A CAGE is not responsable of any damages to objects and people caused by the players.
Players must not influence and disturb the other players who are playing in the other room at the same time.
Players must not disseminate the content and the riddles of the rooms.
By signing off the form which is given to the players just before the beginning of the escape room game, the players give their consent to the the staff to post their names and their pictures on Facebook and on our internet page: www.braininacage.it .

Our personal data processing satisfies the rights of Decreto Legislativo 196/2003.
The collected personal datas are only for exclusive use of the staff in order to correctly fill the reservation and to inform the customers about the new initiatives linked to BRAIN IN A CAGE Escape Room Livorno.
